We had an excellent visit! Wait staff was engaging and attentive, shrimp was fantastic!
This was great! I have been to Gatlinburg many times in my life, but this was my first time at Bubba Gump. On a busy Saturday my husband and I were sat upstairs right away. We received excellent service from our waiter Andrew. He was polite, upbeat, and attentive. My husband ordered the coconut shrimp, and I the fish and chips. The food came out quickly and was DELICIOUS! I will definitely return! �� �����

We went to Bubba Gump Seafood two of three nights while we were in Gatlinburg this week! We had very exceptional service provided by our server, Austin! Management was great too when my daughter didnt like the meal she got!!! Will definitely go back!!!
Wait is longer then stated...staff is a little scattered... but the manager is really great about taking care of his customers!!! He definitely turned our not so happy visit into a great one.
We ate there for the first time on April 1st it started off great then the waiter messed up my order said he did not here me and walked away so I asked if he was going to get the other side I asked for they brought it out and it was just poor service at the end I thought I was supposed to go out and pay for the food at the entrance because we sat there 10 minutes waiting on him to come back when we got up to leave he act like we was just walking out I gave him my card I already had out with the ticket he brought it back so I... read more
