The meal I got "Shrimp scampi" was awful. It tasted like what lemon pledge furniture polish smells like. It was cold, and all of our shrimp in the meals was over cooked and stringy. My husband had fried shrimp and daughter had the shrimp boil which she liked. Very disappointing. Manager did not come and talk to us. I know they were busy but when people are paying that price for food it's a concern that no one even stopped to check in after the food was returned.
I usually don’t complain, however, this experience was horrible. Very small portions for the price paid. Also, what little we got was over cooked. The shrimp and lobster was hard; even the coconut on the shrimp was burned. Would not recommend!
Food was raw!!! Veggies and potatoes were hard and way undercooked!!!! Server was nice tho

We spent 4 days in Gatlinburg and tried numerous restaurants but Bubba Gumps was the absolute best! The only problem we had was our waitress didn’t speak real good English and I did have to ask her to repeat things quite often. Service was great and the food was excellent!
Started off bad. We never seen our waitress after she took our drink order for a long time. A different waitress brought our drinks and took our food order. A waiter tried to give us someone else food they ordered. And they gave our food to the table behind us. Our food sat on the other table for a long time with the other people breathing all over it because they couldn't find their waitress. The $20 meal of fish and shrimp with fries and the fish was pitiful! Got a side order of the coconut shrimp and before ordering that, asked the waiter how much it was and she said $4. On the receipt, it said $10 for 4 shrimp on top of cabbage! � got a souvenir cup to go. The bill came out to a bit over $50 and the waitress didn’t even bring back the change from the cash given to pay the bill. Disappointing
