Our server started out super awesome until I asked to send back my shrimp & grits plate due to an allergy. After that, the customer service declined greatly. My new order, jambalaya (I swapped the rice for pasta) was absolutely delicious. The waitress (shorter, thick, white girl w/ long brown hair) didn't offer to refill drinks or anything. The coconut shrimp is excellent.
I like going here because i dont have one by my house. Food was good....got a free app of the day . you get a coupon at the info center in pegion forge, gatlinburg, or a reststop on the highway. Only thing i didnt like is if you had the license plate at stop Forrest stop to get ur waiters attention. ....didnt get any help for a while. Its a cool idea but waiter sucked.
The food and drinks are out of this world if you love seafood!!!
The food was not good, the sad thing is I got Scampi which is not that hard to fix..... but it was tasteless. My husband who can usually eat hot food easily, but this was unbearably hot. On the good side the tea was ok and the Manager did refund the cost of our entrees.
My favorite place to go every time I visit!!
