Took the family to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. in Gatlinburg. When we got there we were amazed with all the decor. Loved their quizzing us on trivia from the movie. The food was truly amazing, 6 of us ordered different meals and they were all great. Then we bought t-shirts and hats from the gift shop. We will definitely come again.
Worst food I ever ate. I believe they cook with the same oil for a week. Got the fried fish and shrimp, terrible, also the fries were cold and the portions were small.
Food was cold and lacked flavor. Service was slow. No napkins, empty sugar caddy and even the manager seemed put off when we asked for refills.

Service and food were both fantastic. Our server Montana was super engaging and attentive. Hard to find an exceptional experience in a tourist environment, but she and the restaurant delivered. Thank you!
