My husband and I ate here on 4-2-17.. Wow we can't say enough about this place.. our food was outstanding and our waiter Andrew was wonderful .. He was so upbeat and really cared for his customers. He gave outstanding service !! He truly enjoys his job !! We will be back.!! Andrew keep smiling and loving life !!
This was the worst food ive ever tasted in life!! Shrimp mac and cheese was sweet!! Yuck!!!, recieved cold and extremely greasy food, recieved food before my salad, breading on shrimp was mushy and wet, hush puppies had underdone crab meat inside, service was horrible!!! Never again!!
Four of us was seated in a small booth. The food was very expensive, the most expensive meal we had that week but far from the best. Then three of our cards were declined when we tried to pay for no reason
Crowded but only had a 10 minute wait. Food was really good but honestly LOVED the atmosphere! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! Loved trivia with the ladies downstairs and our awesome waitress, Allie! Loved the gift shop. First time there but definitely not our last!
The food was great. Enviornment was good. Booths were crowded. My only real complaint is the the staff ( host and waitress) were both complaining about how low on staff they were and how many doubles they have been working in a row, etc. The waitress was very good. It just bursts your bubble a little when you feel bad about someone being so tired and burnt out. Also we had a long wait (40+ minutes) and waited about 35 minutes for our food. We got there later too (about 830pm). Maybe the kitchen was under staffed too?
The food is good, but WAY overpriced for mostly fries on your plate...the hush puppies are off the chain though...I'd rate much higher if the prices weren't ridiculous...service has always been good.
The food was amazing and so was the staff! Our server took the time to play a fun trivia game with us and another waitress named Andi took the time to sit and talk with us on her break.
