The owner and stylist of the salon is amazing. I made my first appointment last week. I like the way Brit explained everything about what she was going to do to my hair before she even started. She is talented, pleasant to talk to, and also great with time. She was also communicative with me a day before the appointment. Speaking to her over the phone a day ahead of time helped me feel even more comfortable with meeting her the next day. My experience with BUBB has been nothing short of AMAZING. She is such a patient, courteous and skilled stylist. The atmosphere of her space is relaxing and the end result is sure to leave you very satisfied!!
I recently visited this salon for a haircut with Brittany. While Brittany was friendly and pleasant to interact with, the end result was unfortunately disappointing. The cut is noticeably uneven, particularly the bangs, which look choppy and inconsistent in length. The overall shape lacks precision and balance.
