I've also broken so many tips within a week of having my nails done, which is a tragedy and makes me a mess, and all I have to do is walk in and in about 5 minutes they're fixed.
I always call ahead for an appointment although there usually is not a wait if you avoid the weekends. I call ahead because I always get tips put on and dipping powder which takes about an hour.
Not sure about the other reviews but I love this place and I LOVE Tina. She's the only one that I ever get my nails done with but I've recommended this place to many of my friends !
