I highly recommend BTU Management. When I needed a new central air unit, I got four different estimates. The first three were variously $3,500, $3,600, and $3,400. The last of them, though, strongly recommended I add a heat pump, at an extra $800. Then, when I talked to BTU, they gave me a guaranteed price, in writing, of $2,800. In addition, they replaced the coil beneath my existing A/C unit with a new one, which the others weren't going to do. My AC went out and I called BTU. I was told it would be either the next day or the day after. He call about 4:00 P.M to fix my problem. Highly recommend a company like this that care about the people.
We had our cabin's furnace serviced by last fall by BTU Maintenance. It took some coordination as we live in Illinois and visit the cabin on the weekends. They were flexible in scheduling the service, and the technician arrived on time. He found a problem with the unit, ordered the replacement parts, and worked with us to schedule the installation. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Good service company.
