Claire and his partner were a great staff. Removed all our old aluminum, applied plastic and fixed some minor repairs. Very well job done. We are looking a front glass enclosure on front patio of the house. With Windows that can open and close and keeping of the snow and wind out while sit in our little outdoor porch.
We are so happy with work BTTR did in our home. We replaced 12 windows throughout the house and the experience was amazing to watch from start to finish. Clare is a master at what he does. He came up with practical solutions for us that no other other window company that we spoke with could even think of! The team was friendly, professional, tidy and respectful and I highly recommend their service!

Giving them a good review because they deserve it. Had some windows replaced way back in 2014/2015. They're still holding up great. Absolutely no issues.
I highly recommend this company. Great customer service and great products. They have done our windows and doors and other family members and always did a great job, clean up well after.
