contractor - they couldn’t communicate. I used them about 7 years ago - Customer service and warranty work was terrible . They subcontracted the work to a Hispanic . They didn’t keep the warranty paperwork and made it a customer problem. Couldn’t get hold of owner, when I did - he wanted an apology. A total nightmare!!

Do not use. $5800 RIPOFF. REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THEY HAVE NOTHING THAT RESEMBLES CUSTOMER SERVICE.
BTR Roofing did an excellent job replacing not only the roof on our house but also the entire roof on our garage. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the quality of materials that they used but also with the start time and the time on task. Everything went according to plan and the crew was polite and very respectful of our home and property, I highly recommend BTR Roofing to anyone and everyone
