Absolutely love the work out, and the encouragement that comes with it. The modifications help me feel confident in my ability to complete a class without feeling like I dont belong. I also enjoy that even on "low intensity days" im still sweating and burning out my movements. I have been going for weeks now and have already noticed my ability to do harder moves has increased. Even if its a baby second of a flying rock out!!

I have gone to 15 classes and COUNTING. My first class was not a favorite and I almost didn't go back. Now I go at least once a week, I feel strong. I consider myself a plus sized girl and although the workouts can be challenging the modifications are so helpful! I have increased my ability to do real planks on the terrifying moving carriage!! Hopeful to see some merch in bigger sizes as the studio fills up more!!

I absolutely love going to BTone Salem! I take the Tuesday and Thursday 5:30am classes with Amy, and she is truly amazing. She leads such a well-structured, challenging Pilates class that always leaves me feeling stronger and energized for the day ahead. Amy does a great job making sure everyone is maintaining proper form, and her positive energy makes those early mornings so much easier. I honestly loveeeee this studio! The instructors really challenge you and I come out of class feeling amazing. I’ve been going to the studio for about 2 months now and I definitely have been seeing improvement in my body :)
