I had a very disappointing experience as a first-time customer. I signed up for the 6:00 AM class and arrived at the parking lot at 5:50 AM. The front of the studio was completely dark, with no lights on and no indication that the studio was already open. I didn’t see anyone inside, and I even drove around the building twice trying to figure out if I was in the right place. I love doing Pilates at bTone . The staff is attentive and offers alternatives for making the workout harder or easier. I feel so good every time I complete a class! Thank you
Anyone who hasn't tried btone needs to. It's really the best it's incredible. And it's addictive!!!
