I’ve really enjoyed Btone! After having two kids, I had some postpartum ab separation and lost a lot of strength in my core. I started coming to Btone hoping to rebuild that strength, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that many of the exercises were similar to what my physical therapist had recommended. Since starting classes, I can genuinely feel how much stronger my core has gotten. It’s been such a positive addition to my fitness routine!
I have been obsessed with Btone for years and am so excited that they now have one in Marshfield. The instructors are so helpful and friendly! If you haven’t tried a class yet you should! Your body will thank you
Very happy with btone, always look forward to class instead of dreading it like I do the gym. So many class options for varied schedule as a nurse. Definitely feeling more toned after 5 months of going about 2x per week
