So fun !! I love all the instructors, I have done about 30 classes and been to the providence, Newport and east Greenwich location they are all great! I enjoy the class length, and how the classes are queued :)
I had an incredible workout with Sky today! She definitely kicked my butt, but I loved every second of it. She’s so engaging and makes the entire class feel fun, even when it’s tough. I’ll definitely be coming back for more I highly recommend her class!
