Another amazing workout at btone! I haven't taken Denise's class since dec 11 and my god I can tell!! I left drenched in sweat and out of breath! Thank you Denise!! I am so thankful I found btone and is worth every penny! All the instructors there are truly amazing and provide you with a fantastic workout!
