Bought a refurbished Leap v2 over 4 years ago and it's still holding strong like the day I purchased it. Had some trouble with the arms pads recently and their customer service is UNMATCHED. Such a fast and easy process to get a replacement pair that's covered under warranty. Highly recommended BTOD to those looking for a QUALITY office chair.

Terrible practices
I couldn’t be any more impressed with the product (Ameap) or customer service (April) I received from BTOD. Good Wisconsin folks doing great work. If I ever need another fancy refurbished office chair at an extremely reasonable price, I’ll look to BTOD before all others. I’ve already told friends, family, and co-workers about BTOD. They also have an A+ rating on the BBB.
We have had a an absolutely terrible experience with BTOD. I ordered a large order of medical reception furniture over the phone with a sales rep. I confirmed the exact order multiple times and the confirmed the expected shipping/delivery of the order. Because BTOD decided to deliver the order via Fedex, rather than freight, we were at the mercy of unpredictable delivery schedules and times to a location that wasn't yet open for business (meaning we had to sit down there all day waiting for deliveries that may or may not arr... read more
