BTOD is a legitimate company and I highly recommend them. Here is my experience. I purchased a refurbished Steelcase Leap V2 from BTOD with gray Asteroid fabric rated at 250,000 rubs, upgraded seat padding (new seat pad plus additional foam), a new cylinder, and new arm pads. Before purchasing I did a lot of research on refurbished chairs. The same day I ordered the chair I drove down to Miami to visit a showroom selling Steelcase Leap chairs and other brands. Bought a refurbished Leap v2 over 4 years ago and it's still holding strong like the day I purchased it. Had some trouble with the arms pads recently and their customer service is UNMATCHED. Such a fast and easy process to get a replacement pair that's covered under warranty. Highly recommended BTOD to those looking for a QUALITY office chair.
