These guys are awesome! Really held up to their brand which for me was "extremely satisfied customers!"
Bought a refurbished Leap v2 over 4 years ago and it's still holding strong like the day I purchased it. Had some trouble with the arms pads recently and their customer service is UNMATCHED. Such a fast and easy process to get a replacement pair that's covered under warranty. Highly recommended BTOD to those looking for a QUALITY office chair.

Terrible practices
I couldn’t be any more impressed with the product (Ameap) or customer service (April) I received from BTOD. Good Wisconsin folks doing great work. If I ever need another fancy refurbished office chair at an extremely reasonable price, I’ll look to BTOD before all others. I’ve already told friends, family, and co-workers about BTOD. They also have an A+ rating on the BBB.
