My summary of BTO: I trust Brett with the keys to my clients' homes and recommend his construction services. My work as an accountant requires that I care for my clients' homes. Unfortunately this means traveling to locations to make sure contractors aren't making up work as they go along, that they are completing projects accurately, and that my client is not being taken advantage of related to price. Professional, he was on time, listened to what I wanted and didn't try to talk me out of what I wanted. Showed up as promised and did the work exactly as we discussed and it was perfect. He does incredible and precise work. Very detail oriented and I was so very happy with all he did. I highly recommend him for any project you have. Really a trustworthy and dependable contractor. I have had the pleasure of working with BTO Construction on several projects over the past few years. Brett is very detail and quality oriented. His projects come in on time and on budget. As a general contractor myself, I know quality when I see it, and I know when someone is taking short cuts. Brett puts in the extra effort to achieve the highest quality. I would highly recommend BTO Construction Management for any construction project.

I can't recommend Brett highly enough. Yes he works hard, yes he has an incredible attention to detail, yes he is completely reliable, but beyond this, I would rate him higher than anyone else I've hired to do work on my homes in terms of integrity, honest assessments, and communication ability. I want someone to work on my home who is a genuinely "good guy" and he more than aptly fits that role. BTO Construction did a remodel for us in April 2010. The work was top quality and Brett kept us informed through each step of the process. He listened to our needs and also made excellent suggestions for items we hadn't even considered. The job exceeded our expectations and was done in a timely manner. We could not be more happy. The service was excellent and very easy to work with. Great workmanship that really resulted in a nice finished product. The work was done on time and exactly how we had specified it to be done. They are honest and I have full confidence in this company and will for sure use them in the future.
