Btnh replaced my roof and I love it , Omer helped me with all my issues and I'm thankful for that. I however went through a lot with this company to finally get my roof replaced properly. They subcontracted with a company that failed inspection and the whole roof had to be redone. There sales rep was less than honest and I would definitely not use this company again!!
BTNH just finished renovating my bathroom , and they did an amazing work , the workers are professional , always came on time , and finished much before the deadline . Price was very low comparing to other estimates we got before and we are very happy with the results . Will definitely recommend them and use them in the future .
PROJECTS: REPLACE TILE ROOF & 13 WINDOWS & CUSTOM SLIDING GLASS DOOR: BTNH just completed replacing our 35-year-old TILE roof. It was a very labor-intensive project with removing the old tiles, repairing some wood damage, and installing new underlayment, new skylight, and new tiles. The roofing team was amazing, working every day until the job was done, including hauling away all the construction debris. They were hard workers and the foreman kept me informed of their progress. Customer service is horrible. Everytime they came to our home they destroyed something. And everytime they fix it …it’s done cheaply. They scratched up our vehicle. They started June 2023 and they just finished the corrections on the roof with my skylights February 2023. Please reconsider going with this company. Low on staff one 1person in the office who always apologizes about miscommunication on there end. I must share this experience! BTNH advisors just finished installing my new impact windows and sliding glass doors. My house looks BEAUTIFUL and completely different! They added modern look to my home with these beautiful impact windows and now it’s much more quiet inside! Communication was excellent and the result is really satisfying. Top service!!! I would highly recommend anyone who considers replacing his windows and doors to use them.
