Terrible. I signed up when they had a promotion, $10 a month for 4 months. After that 4 months, when my contract ended, I called to ask if my contract was truly canceled, the girl at the desk, bless her heart must have been new, said "I dont know, I'll call my manager and ask". Manager never called me. So two days later I went in to ask, another young girl was at the desk and told me she wasn't sure but I could fill out a cancelation paper just incase since I wanted it to end. So I did.
