NP Morrison is a well educated, knowledgeable, and professional Mental Health Psychiatric NP. She is also relatable, easy to talk to, non-judgmental and very kind to her patients. She’s also a great teacher/preceptor! Thank you NP Morrison!
While I don't have any problems with any other doctor I've ever been a patient of, I was treated extremely rudely by the NP here. One star is far too much of a rating. I was ghosted by this doctor so unprofessionally and ill-mannered, she stopped responding to my emails, didn't respond to any voicemails, and completely ignored me while I was trying to reach out to her for medication management. Ridiculously unprofessional and uncaring! DO NOT waste money or time going here. I reached out once asking to make an appointment which I was replied “sure”. I booked a consultation which was 10 mins, with screaming children in the background of the call and two questions for $60 dollars, for them to tell me they would follow up with my evaluation form and get me appointments, only to wait almost a week and receive an email saying they could not help me and a referral. I DO NOT like writing reviews, especially writing a bad review about this company's service. In the way I was treated, the company only cared about the money and not my well-being. I pleaded with her (company) to refund me my money because I should NOT have to pay a copay because I am an ESSENTIAL WORKER. She charged me fees that were covered by my insurance.
