Regret this purchase. The sales process was high-pressure from the start — alcohol served at their events, heavy pressure to close the deal fast, and promises that the BTL name and machine alone would bring in new patients. That hasn’t matched reality. They also required us to finance through a specific lender (MMP Capital) with no clear, written breakdown of the interest rate or terms before we signed - just verbal assurances. I would not recommend buying any equipment with them, they will sell you the product and then try their level best so you keep paying them more. For example you won’t be allowed to advertise as they’ll put copyright claims if you show the equipment in an Ad for your med spa. Save your money! Don’t trust them
I have nothing good to say about my experience with BTL and would discourage anyone from having any dealings with this company. I have had 2 devices ( because the first one didnt work they had to send me a new one) and both have been a huge disappointment. From extremely pushy and dishonest sales teams to their financial partners and even there regional leadership for our area who don't care about you or your business.
