I have rented U-Haul trucks from here several times Bill has always been friendly and helpful. The first time I rented a U-Haul from him was because another U-Haul place left me hanging without a truck when they had it reserved for me Bill came to my rescue and made sure everything worked out. I highly recommend BK motors!!

Great customer service when I rented a u-haul from this company. Very accommodating and appreciated their timeliness.
I am very disappointed with what happened, my husband booked a u-haul for pickup at this location for this past weekend, a few days later he also went into the location to confirm the details of our pickup and the person said that we were all set and would pickup one of the trucks that were on the lot. However, on the day of pickup which was Sunday my husband went over to pick up the truck and the app said it has not been assigned so we were unable to move when we needed to do to the mistake of the worker in BTK Motors.
