Cannot get service, cannot get a charger fixed, I have reached out 5 times since June and have not had ANYONE get back to me in over 2 months. They have left us in a pickle. I have been trying since December of last year to get our machine fixed. I have been sent invoices with other business names on it. They were here 3 different times to try to fix our machine. I have called, emailed, and asked to speak to a manager, but they are not willing to help and find a resolution.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with BTC Power’s customer service. We are a commercial user, not a residential customer, and rely on timely support to keep operations running. After multiple phone calls and emails, I received no response for nearly two months. Terrible customer service. Paid 3200$ for parts on a charger and they sent the wrong parts. No response for returns or exchanges. Costly mistake working with this company.
