Terrible products and extremely bad customer service. We bought a DC charger from them in December 2023 with a 2-year warranty. Within a couple of weeks, the cooling loop of the cable started leaking. It took months to fix it. A year later, the screen went off. We have been trying to get them to replace it for 3 months with no luck. Don't buy their products. They don't honor the warranty
Writing from the perspective of an EV driver, BTC Power hardware is deployed all over the US and it is consistently some of the least reliable hardware, regardless of the charging network. BTC Power hardware has extremely poor reliability in the field and most of the network operators I have talked to are looking to rip out and replace their BTC Power hardware. Even the screens they source are very poor quality and quickly develop black spots in the display, which I have not seen on other EV charging hardware.
