I had a snafoo and ended up backing out my garage before the door was all the way up. I called them at the referral of my rental company and they were polite, he even made me feel less dumb for driving into it, stating it happens all the time. They were able to get out same day and make the necessary repairs. Matthew came out to my house today to replace the spring on my garage door which had broke leaving me to be "locked out" of my garage for a few days. He explained everything in simple terms because I do not know anything about garage doors and how they work. He explained that the other spring was ready to break as well and showed me where it was failing and was just a matter of time, not a very long time, before it broke too.
