I was at a stoplight at about 2:15 pm behind a BT1 Garage Door Company truck so I called the number on the truck. Brandon answered and took my information and was very friendly, saying he would have someone out to my house the same afternoon. Matthew arrived before 5 pm, assessed the situation and gave me a quote. Called on a Friday afternoon at 4:15 and they were at my house by 5:00. Hit the garage track and knocked everything out of alignment and Brandon sent Ronnie to fix it. They were both so kind, so professional, and great pricing. Very happy I didn’t have to leave my garage up all night
