Door spring broke last night and called BT1 this morning and they had a technician out before noon. Phillip was professional and did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem and replacing the springs and even helped replace a part off the belt master link that flew off the night before. Can’t recommend these guys enough!!!
Matthew from BT1 just finished replacing the garage door springs. They snapped due to the cold weather on Saturday. They came over the very next business day. I appreciate their prompt service. Matthew did an excellent job. Definitely recommend this company to others.
We lost power to our garage door during the ice storm. I spoke with Brandon and they scheduled a reconnect with a few hours. Matthew was dispatched as our technician and he was in and out in 45 minutes. Thank you for the prompt assistance and honesty in doing business!
I highly recommend them for garage door repairs! I’m in Ca and needed the garage door springs replaced on my rental house in Gallatin. I got one quote for $1350 (springs and new motor) and I knew this was crazy high. I called BT1 and Brandon answered right away. He gave me a quote over the phone and came out the next morning to replace the springs (said the motor was fine). Phillip did an excellent job troubleshooting the problem with our garage door opener and worked diligently to try to repair it. Ultimately we decided to replace the entire system, and he completed the job in a timely manner. He also spent some time going over the controls for the opener, and the various options available. I think this is the third time we've used BT1 during the years we've been in Hendersonville, and they have always provided prompt, excellent service.
