BT1 Garage Doors was recommended to me by a friend. I was extremely impressed with the technicians professionalism. Matt was prompt, courtesy and knowledgeable regarding the service I was in need of. I cannot brag enough about B1. I had issues with my garage door not wanting to close. The technician discovered quickly that the previous technician installed springs in 2022 that were too small. They replaced the springs at no added cost. Only changed the cost of a service call. My door was fixed in less than an hour.
