Could not be happier. Made the call that my garage door was broken Thursday afternoon, they were out the next morning and had me fixed up. Quick and professional service! Thank you guys! Joshua
Philip was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. Did a great job to get us up and running again at a great price. Upfront pricing without any hidden fees. Would recommend BT1 for any garage door needs!
Great experience from the first phone call with Desilver to the service appointment with Phillip. Came out same day to get the roller back on track and gave several options for repair without being pushy. Really appreciate how friendly and helpful they were. Would definitely recommend
Awesome company excellent service and communication before and during the work performed. BT1 has repaired and replaced dock doors loading docks and entry doors for S&C Foods. I highly recommend BT1
Matthew advised what needs to be done and fixed our problem We are satisfied with his work for solving our problem
