Horrible experience. I am injured from a wrongly sized orthotic from this company. They refuse to refund my money and do not seem to be able to diagnose the problem. Seems like they are guessing at solutions.
I have lived in 5 countries and have seen dozens of podiatrists and custom orthotics technicians over 3 decades. Without a doubt, Soris Tribino is the greatest of them all. No lab or doctor comes even close to her diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and willingness to trial and error adjustments with her patients. Several times she has even put felt pads in different areas for me to try and report back if any improvements, and then make them permanent aspects of my orthotics. Soris is a genius !!! In my case I have Hallux rigidus or arthritis of the the first metatarsal joints. That's the joint where the big toes meet the foot. I was seriously very afraid that I would not be able to walk. Traditionally orthotics made to "address" this condition direct your gait “around" the first metatarsal to the outside of your foot.
