I had a broken glider on my pullout wastebasket and tried to get help from the company where I purchased them. Their customer care and attempt to resolve my problem was so unsatisfactory that I posted my bad experience on social media. We had Rich Lindgren come today for an open work order. What an amazing man. This world is a better place because he is in it. Thorough, amazing, polite, and friendly very knowledgeable.
