We are very unhappy with BSW and their lack of customer service provided to their customers. We put two trash cans out today and they took the trash from their can provided to us and left the trash that was in an extra can since it had the name of another trash company on the side of the can. We figured it was better to put the extra trash out in an extra can then to have it exposed to animals and heat!
