Customer service staff don’t know where anything is at nor no knowledge of any product in store doesn’t even know the pricing had to go next-door because of the long line thank God they had what I needed manager or whoever runs. Cashiers and usual nice. Has everything you need for “black hair” also skincare and more.
Bsw the employees are great , very attentive! My only issues is that manager I believe her name is Cathy . She’s rude I asked her for help and she started yelling telling me not to ask her for anything . As a manger of a store that’s not how you respond to customers . She needs to better , and she yelled at her employee in front of a customer very unprofessional.
