The employees there are so nice very helpful . An Asian store with Colored people working they need to give them more respect . I’ve witnessed a woman that stocks products yelling at the employee very rudely . Name goes by Cathy . Tall skinny Asian lady with black short hair . Customer service is terrible at this location. I wouldn’t give a dime to this store.
This place is absolutely terrible for shopping. 😤 To begin with, the owner, even when present, allows loud, vulgar music with lyrics that are unbearable for many customers. Most of the products are open, used, and damaged, and the manager's attitude is awful; she's only interested in your money. Thank goodness they opened a new location in Brockton at K-Beauty & Hair, next to Harbor Freight. Excellent service and products.
Hours on the page don’t reflect that they are closed for 4th of July. If business is closed make sure it says this on your website so no one wastes their time. Numerous people have been coming and leaving due to wrong information.
I had a wonderful experience there, the young woman who helped me was very polite 🥰
