Finally got my golfers and tennis elbow dusted in my left arm. Using the OG Bstrap and taking my grip out of multiple exercises whilst maintaining decent load throughout multiple back and arm exercises has been the key 🔑
This is a garbage product. It's extremely limiting when used on two handed exercises and the material will cut your wrists up badly when you try using even moderate weights. Scam.

These straps kept me in the gym when I was injured! From tennis and golfers elbow to rotatorcuff pain these straps allowed me to still train hard with injuries they don't restrict your natural body movements allowing safe training day after day! I couldn't recommend this product enough!!
