BSR is using a crew of migrants (illegals?). They are taking away work from men whose families live and reinvest in our community, The money is leaving our community and our country. DO NOT hire this company!!!!
I received a quote from BSR to re-do my roof. I got an initial quote and then after speaking with the gentleman agreed to do a full tear off of my roof for an additional labor costs. The day the work was completed I also received damage to the outside of my property, damage to the neighbors lawn next to my driveway, left over garbage that was not removed, my neighbor reporting seeing the employees urinating in my lawn, and discovered a few days later not all the work was completed as agreed according to the contract. My husband called BSR back 6 years ago thinking that they were the best company to roof our home. He was so wrong. This last winter they tried telling us that it was an ice jam that caused our vaulted ceiling to leak. However there was no ice jam where the water was entering the home. So now we have to pay to have our ceiling repaired. They tried to tell us that our insurance company would pay to repair the ceiling. They wouldn't. The roof leak was caused by ice buildup due to a record snowfall and snowmelt. The roof had not leaked in the 6 years before this incident and has not leaked since. We are confident we have a solution to permanently solve this problem however this area was outside of the original scope of the roofing contract so there would be a charge for this work. Called Binghamton roofing for repair on my roof after 3 phone calls they finally sent two men up to give me a quote they quoted me 300.00 for the repair they come up and did the repair I get a bill in the mail for 734.00 dollars I called and they don't give estiment on repairs. they do time and material. I was never told this. the only mistake I did I did not get anything in writing. Terrible way to do buss.

Since we have no idea how much work or material are going to be needed until we arrive at the job, this type of work cannot be estimated ahead of time.
