Do not use this contractor. He’s the worst ever he’s very unprofessional, unresponsive, a liar, rude and dishonest. The worst experience I’ve ever had. He was assigned to us through our home warranty company. We needed our heater replaced. He was assigned to us the beginning of November, he was a no show to an appointment he made. I had a technician come work on my house through choice home warranty and it was an unpleasant experience. The appointment was between the times at 7am and 11am on a friday. He then changed it the day before 11am to 1pm when the schedule was set two weeks in advance. I messaged him 12 PM the day of the appointment. I asked him if he is going to come today since I haven't heard from him and then he replied, "I will be there in seventeen minutes." Sam was great! He came in with his tool bag and assessed the wiring. Tested the wiring and fixed the lights! Sam fixed 2 (3 way light) switches while being courteous, respectful and kind!! The man knows what he is doing!! A true electrician- professional!! I am keeping Bsquare Electric in mind for any future projects. Thank you Sam!!! :)
Beware Do not hire this electrical technician he has poor customer service communication little knowledgeable of this profession I was told that it was a loose or damaged wire connection in the wall that need to be re-wired.$$$ which was not the case the problem was a bad wall receptacle outlet in one of the adjacent bedroom that was causing only partial power in master bedroom this technician never check the wall outlets in other bedroom but he was ready to tear down a wall to look of a problem that did not exist in the wal... read more
