Beware Do not hire this electrical technician he has poor customer service communication little knowledgeable of this profession I was told that it was a loose or damaged wire connection in the wall that need to be re-wired.$$$ which was not the case the problem was a bad wall receptacle outlet in one of the adjacent bedroom that was causing only partial power in master bedroom this technician never check the wall outlets in other bedroom but he was ready to tear down a wall to look of a problem that did not exist in the wal... read more

Beware Do not hire this electrical technician he has poor communication. customer service, do not answer call have very little knowledge of this electrical profession or he is looking for a cash cow. He was hired to diagnose the problem

This guy is a rip off looking for a cash cows he is not a skilled professional, unprofessional, poor customer, and communication skills gets agitated when he is asked questions. He did not solve, find, or fix the problem he only guess what could be causing problem. He was hired by my home warranty and I paid $100 service fee and the problem still exists. I would not recommend or hire this independent contractor

TLDR: Bsquare showed me horrible customer service, wasted my time, and showed no respect. My appointment was scheduled over a week out on a Sunday, and I requested to reschedule at specific times. Bsquare said they would get back to me. Three days later, I had not heard back and texted to confirm my original appointment was still good. No response.
