Spilling an entire pitcher of iced hibiscus tea across our cream-colored carpet during a humid family lunch felt like an absolute disaster. Their technician arrived the same afternoon, balanced the heavy red fruit tannins with specialized non-bleach lifters, and extracted the liquid with pinpoint accuracy. The light carpet dried completely uniform with zero pink ghosting.
An unexpected ceiling condensation leak from our attic AC unit dripped rusty, stagnant water across twenty square feet of our master bedroom carpeting during a suffocating forty-degree heatwave. The specialist arrived equipped with deep sub-surface moisture extractors, treated the iron discoloration with a dedicated oxygenated reducer, and applied a broad-spectrum antifungal rinse directly through the primary backing. The damp fibers dried crisp and completely spotless by evening, sparing us thousands in carpet replacement.
An overturned glass of dark grape juice on our custom dining room carpet felt like an impossible cleanup challenge on a hot afternoon. Their specialist arrived within an hour, applied an advanced color-safe dye neutralizer, and extracted the liquid without rubbing the delicate yarn. He performed absolute magic on that carpet, saving us thousands in replacement costs.
The customer service team on the phone was clear, polite, and helpful in answering my questions. The field crew delivered on every promise made. A top-notch company!
Very happy with the results. The technicians worked carefully and left everything spotless.
