Went to another place in Melton 1st with an issue, got told need to book it in. Next stop was BSK, went in, told them my problem, they it fixed there and then. Happy to return.

they will charge one hour for a job that literally takes 5 minutes, and if you ask them to check 3 things for example, (each job may take only 5 minutes or so) they still charge you for 3 hrs of work. The communication skills is also very lacking.
