Very knowledgeable and extremely personable.
Extremely unprofessional and disappeared after we thoroughly discussed the task in which needed to be done and when he was coming by to do it. He named a price if we drove to him, which was 15 minutes away. We offered more money for him to come here which he accepted. We sent him the address and told him we would be here waiting for his arrival. We called three or four times over the next few hours with no answer. Awesome Customer Service
The owner and operator is very professional and knowledgeable, 20+yrs of experience!! Pricing was reasonable and efficiency was needed for the vehicle installation. The install is secure, no wires are sticking out or visible and everything asked was accomplished. I would recommend this company to anyone if you want an outstanding sound system!!
