Came 1/2 hour late to appointment, said it was farther than he thought. Gave me a verbal estimate and said he would email it to me. Never got it. Emailed him and he never responded. I then called and left a voicemail and he never returned my call. Obviously decided he didn't want the project but didn't have the professional courtesy to let me know. A total disappointment.
