I do NOT recommend this company. I do NOT recommend living at any of their properties. If you do decide to reside here, make sure you take pictures and videos of the property before you turn in the key. Above all else, DEMAND an exit walk through before you turn the keys in, no matter how busy or understaffed the office is at the time. We made this mistake. Terrible company to work for. They do not clean the carpets or change blinds after move outs. The entire corporate office do not care about the employees or residents.
Probably the worst experience of my life. The apartments themselves are typically well maintained. There were probably a few people that actually cared about the residents and about their work ethic. If you are a favorite you can practically get away with murder, but if not they bully you out of the way with excuse after excuse.
