I’ve been visiting this location for my primary care for 2 years and it’s been a very positive experience. Parking is super easy and all of my interactions with the staff have been polite and courteous. They have an app which makes it super easy to submit non-urgent messages/questions and request/reschedule appointments. I haven’t had any problems during my annual physicals or other visits.
They put advertising in the waiting room. My doctor is awesome but not enough to make me wait through 30 minutes of commercials. I don’t blame my Dr, I blame the people who are in charge of the practice.
Dr. Hammond and all the staff at the clinic Are all, caring, and supportive. These are the ones you want taken care of you.
Just called there asking if they do primary care and before I could finish my sentence the front desk lady - Robin, rudely interrupts and just says no. Doesn’t elaborate on what no means. You seriously need a better front desk person, who is friendly and has patience.
