One of the most effective and compassionate experiences I’ve ever had. After the horrible storms and everyone scrambling for generators, he prioritized families in the same situation. Unreal. Got my generator running… In 45 minutes! I cannot say enough. Please visit them if you ever have the need for small engine repair. Most honest pricing ever as well. 🤯
Told me two days for my lawnmower just got it out there two weeks later.They never touched it. Now have to take it somewhere else. Bad customer service. Just be honest with customers if the storm set you back then just tell your customers that .I was lied to by Brandon.He knew it wouldn't be two days.Now your accusing me of wanting it ASAP. And thier was NO effort on your side to rectify the situation.
My lawnmower was in their shop for most of the summer. They never called to update me on when it would be done. I had to hound them weekly for updates, but most of the time their phone goes to voicemail.
Pick up and delivery to and from the shop, both lawn tractor and snow blower, repairs done in very reasonable time and at very fair and reasonable charges. For small engine repairs I go nowhere else.
