Dropped our new power washer off almost 4 months ago in February because they are supposed to be the Service Center for our brand according to the Customer Service department. Said it was the pump and would be approximately 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. We haven't heard from them since. We call at least once a week and no one will answer phone and they refuse to return our calls. Would not recommend to anyone.

They've had my gravely for almost a year now... I am beginning to wonder if they are even working on it.. They did eventually fix it. Thankful for that. They are extremely difficult to get a hold of. Thanks for fixing my gravely though.
