The sales associates work with me on an Exchange of a gift for some beautiful silver rings.
At a very premium price, I purchased what I was made to believe by the sales rep was 14k gold. Out of curiosity, I wanted to see what the imprint was on the inside of the ring. To our disappointment, the print is 10k with a symbol.

The ring has literally fell apart before the wedding date. They refuse to stand behind their work and left us completely hanging with a worthless ring. They won't fix it or refund us our money. No warranty on their work and not a decent bone in their body to try to make it right. Do yourself a favor & find a more knowledgeable jeweler who stands behind their work.B's won't!

When my fiance and i couldn't find what we wanted, brian helped us creat a one of a kind ring for much less than what everyone else was charging for similar rings. It's nice to know that you're not getting ripped off.
