I love Bs kettle bell classes. Every workout is different, everyone is friendly and Brandon is a great trainer and fun. There's also a wide variety of equipment to train on your own.
Great place. I find that the staff are very supportive and knowledgeable.
The instructors are great & the diversity is great as well!
This is a great place to work out, love the kettlebell classes. I really liked finding Strongfirst certified instructors, who are friendly as well as great motivators! Lots of equipment and lots of kettlebells, totally scalable for anyone and not to forget the fun spin classes.
