1st time was great. Went to settle with IRS told 4,500- 7,000 comes back with a 21,000 offer. Feeling ripped off and cheated. Figured some of that money would be refunded oh hino that was the cost of financials. Live and learn, still in no settlement out $3,500 for nothing.. ask before turning over your money. Learn from my mistake. Where they see positive cash flow is beyond me, some weeks it's hard to wait for neXT check. Very disappointed in the services!!!!
