I am extremely disappointed in the care I received from Dr. Nguyen. When I needed my disability extension paperwork completed, he refused to do so—even after I explained that Copper Springs cannot legally or medically complete it until I am officially admitted as their patient, which involves a waiting period. This left me in an impossible position where my income and benefits are at risk, despite the fact that I am still under his care as my primary provider. I have enjoyed coming here for a long time, I would definitely recommend coming here!!!! DrNguyen is such a caring provider and the front desk are so understanding and amazing I always feel welcomed here. I will definitely be recommending some friends !
I’m a serious athlete and I depend on my lab results to keep me healthy and optimal. I paid for labs that they didn’t even pull. And when I got the one lab they did pull, it doesn’t give me an accurate number. Just says greater than a certain number. Unfortunately idk what my levels are now and I have to put everything on halt AGAIN. And buy ANOTHER requisition form to bring to a clinic that knows what they’re doing. Website, voicemail, and Google listing, all show that this location is open on Saturday, until 12:30p. Well, I'm sitting out front of the office and it's noon, and it's not open. Drove an hour round-trip, not pleased.
Although the Doctor was very nice dealing with the office staff was a horrible experience good luck getting a call back or any accurate information the one lady Jennifer idk how she got that job I’m not sure if she even knew she was working in a medical office the communication is just ridiculous no one knows what’s going on and it’s very clear that the women who answers the phones there do not care about the business or if they make money I was a private pay client but because of the office staff specifically Jennifer I ref... read more
