They did a wonderful job.
Showed up 25 minutes late for initial appointment, No phone call. Strike 1, Needless to say, Did not use their services from that point.
I have been very excited about getting my bathroom remodel, taking out the bathtub and adding a shower. They came out on Thursday June 4. I have to say that Tyler and TJ from New Bern showed up early, they were very polite answed all the questions that we had. They worked very diligently left the bathroom very clean. I was very impressed with the outcome of our shower. I absolutely love it. Thank you guys you did a great great job I couldn't be happier!!!
Mark and Kevin were our installers and they were awesome. Keep in mind our place is over 30 years old, but the shower turned out great. Lorna Navarro is a health care worker at carteret general hospital and I am a disabled veteran who suffered a severe stroke 5 years ago, my health and her hectic schedule would not permit us to tackle this project We suffered from the 2018 hurricane which flooded the whole area in our condominium. Updated and changed review. My first review had 3 stars because of an issue I had. They did come out and spent 5 hours fixing my issue; so I am very pleased. Negative. The sales person, Mike Powell, wanted a voided check!!!!! for a down payment. Saying that is the way everyone does it. Must get credit for not taking a credit card, because he refused to do so.
