Jonathan and Chad did an outstanding job changing my tub into a shower. Before they started the job, they explained all the steps involved in the transformation. They were efficient and polite. You could tell that they enjoyed their work!!! I could not have been sent a better crew than these 2 young men!!!!
I wish that I could give the level of professionalism 100 stars. Dell and Chad did an amazing job! They made sure to let us know what they are working on throughout the installation and even though they ran into some challenges, they handled it with no problems. That’s what I call Dedication! Thank you so much Dell and Chad for coming all the way to Augusta to our home for the installation because we are so pleased with the results!
Would like to talk about our second experience with Westshore Homes. We recommend this business all the time. This time we were BEYOND THRILLED with the end product (a walk-in tub)! This is due to the Jason & Del Team! They were both incredibly professional, personable, knowledgeable and skilled. Every question/concern was answered/resolved.
