Great experience so far, Will and his team have been Prompt and informative with responses. They provide all of the information necessary upfront and explain it in detail so your buyer can understand the process. I have worked with many new construction agents, and their team is on the ball. They are buyer agent-friendly, and make sure to keep the agent in the loop.
