Update #2 - I found the headstone, in a totally different area from my mother's grave. When I presented them with this information I was told they are trying to figure out how to get it moved without charging me. I told them there was no way I was paying them to fix their mistake. Now I jsut get the answering machine when I call them. No call backs. Update - Do NOT use this company!!!! Update - Do NOT use this company!!!! I was sent a picture of my Mother's headstone "placed" at the cemetery. imagine my surprise when I visited the grave and it is not there! And they can't tell me where it is. The cemetery sent me a picture of the marked grave so I know they knew where to place it. I am contacting an attorney Disappointed is an understatement. Disappointed is an understatement. I was understanding when told it could take a year to get the stone set. I was understanding when I called after one year and was told the original owner had health issues and sold the business and the new owner was trying to catch up. I called a few months ago and was told the stone had arrived, and needed to be etched so it could be set. I called a week ago, got no answer and left a message. No callback. I am out $995 plus tax for a product I still haven't received. At this point, I am ou... read more

I went to them some years back to get a headstone for my brother. It’s 2024 and the headstone still looks great and in place. I really appreciated the great customer service I received as they helped me & will be using this company again.

Took 3 years to finally install this headstone, absolutely no excuse is acceptable. Original quote was a year and was finally installed yesterday. These crooks take advantage of people who are grieving. No communication at all but if someone is nosey is enough they can come right in and ask about it and get information, some are complete strangers, expect no privacy with these people.
