I would give them a zero if I could. I ordered a headstone for my Dad and hoped it would be placed correctly as I’m not in the same city as the burial site. My grandma has been the one dealing with the arrangements and showed me that the headstone was placed on top of my aunt! We have tried contacting them consistently and they no longer pick up our calls although they said they will do what they can in order to fix this issue. Update #2 - I found the headstone, in a totally different area from my mother's grave. When I presented them with this information I was told they are trying to figure out how to get it moved without charging me. I told them there was no way I was paying them to fix their mistake. Now I jsut get the answering machine when I call them. No call backs. Update - Do NOT use this company!!!! I was sent a picture of my Mother's headstone "placed" at the cemetery. imagine my surprise when I visited the grave and it is not there! And... read more
