Wife and I bought a Hampton Wood Cast Fireplace Insert, Model HI300, from Bryson Heating and Air Conditioning, 414 West rt. St. Salem, VA 24153. They traveled about 50 miles to install the insert, and did an excellent job removing an old insert and installing the new one. We are extremely pleased with the performance of the Hampton insert, as it heats much more area, much more efficiently than our old one. We would hire Bryson again for their excellent advice on product recommendation, and their outstanding service.
