HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!! The sales people don't have any idea what they are talking about and will say anything to get you to spend money there!! But you better not have any problems because the sales people don't really want to help you after your purchase has been made. I purchased a T.V. and received the floor model (without being told it was the floor model) and given the wrong remote. Excellent Experience! After getting competition prices from other vendors Bry's met our lowest bid and we bought an LG refrigerator from them. They loaned us a temporary refrigerator while the LG was on order and saved us from having to live out of a cooler for 2 weeks. There customer service was excellent!!! Thanks Bry's!
Great Store! My husband and I love going to Bry's! The sales staff has ALWAYS been very helpful to us. They are knowledgeable with various products and can always get us what we want (even if it's not in their store). We bought our big screen TV from them and referred a friend who also purchased a big screen TV. We also purchased a home theatre system and just recently 2 more TV's. I believe their motto...Great buys at Brys!
Ripped??? The people seems to be helpful and honest, I got charged more than $40 for some thing that I just fund online for less than $10. I think that they will take advantage of you when they can.
Bry's Bry's is great, they have an amazing selection and great customer service! I've bought all of my furniture that I own from them...I couldn't ask for a better experience when I go into their showroom! Not to mention Matt's amazing skills at keeping me grounded as I'm sitting at a table covered with fabric samples!

misleading information Misleading sales staff. We have tried several times to give The folks at Bry's a chance. Our first experience was with a recliner couch/sectional and it took 4 months to get the broken mechanism fixed. After two exchanges and several months of frustration we now have a working couch. Just recently, my wife and I wanted to buy a mattress that we would have in a day or so.
